영문 초록

This study analyzes the moderating effect according to gender between the social sense of community at the social level and the cultural adaptation stress at the individual level for Chinese migrant workers residing in Korea, and proposes their community spirit for social practice. First, difference verification was conducted to determine the level of community spirit and acculturation stress according to gender characteristics. Second, Membership, Reinforcement of Needs, and Shared Emotional Connection of the social sense of community did not show any significant results according to gender, so there was no moderating effect.
