국문 초록

보육교사의 영유아 놀이 관찰기록은 영유아의 발달을 이해하고 놀이 속에서 이루어지는 배움의 가치를 발견하고, 교사가 놀이를 어떻게 지원해야 하는지를 알 수 있는 중요한 자료가 될 수 있다. 또한, 영유아 놀이 관찰기록을 부모와 공유함으로써 보육교사의 실천역량을 제고하고, 부모의 놀이 인식과 참여 태도를 긍정적 방향으로 개선할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보육교사가 영유아의 놀이를 관찰기록하고, 그것을 부모와 공유하는 과정에서 나타나는 보육교사의 놀이중심 보육과정 실천역량과 부모의 놀이 참여 태도의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경상북도 S시와 G시, 대구광역시 S구에 소재한 4개 어린이집의 보육교사 31명과 부모 158명을 참여대상으로 하였으며, 7주간의 영유아 놀이 관찰기록과 부모와 공유하는 과정을 진행하고 사전·사후 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집, 정리하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 영유아 놀이 관찰기록 공유를 통해 보육교사는 놀이에 대한 이해와 영유아 존중 및 놀이 지원의 실천역량이 변화되었다. 둘째, 부모는 영유아 놀이에 민감하고 반응적이며 즐겁게 놀이하는 놀이 참여 태도로 변화되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 영유아·놀이중심 보육과정을 실행하는 보육교사의 전문성 신장을 위한 교사 교육의 방향 모색에 기초자료를 제공하고, 놀이중심 보육과정에 대한 부모의 이해 증진 및 가정과의 연계 방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Childcare teachers' records of observations of infants and young children's play can be important data for understanding the development of infants and young children, discovering the value of learning in play, and knowing how teachers should support play. In addition, by sharing the observation records of infants and young children's play with parents, it is possible to improve the practical competency of childcare teachers and improve parents' play recognition and participation attitude in a positive direction. Therefore, this study aimed to find out the change in the childcare teacher's play-centered childcare process practice competency and parents' play participation attitude in the process of observing and recording infants' play and sharing it with parents. In this study, 31 childcare teachers and 158 parents of 4 daycare centers located in S-city and G-city of North province of Gyeongsang and distrik of S of Daegu Metropolitan City were the participants. Data were collected and organized through post-mortem surveys. The results of this study are as follows: First, through the sharing of observation records of infants and young children's play, daycare teachers' understanding of play, respect for infants and young children, and practical ability to support play have changed. Second, parents have changed into a play participation attitude that is sensitive, responsive, and fun to play with infants and toddlers. The results of this study provide basic data to seek the direction of teacher education to enhance the professionalism of childcare teachers who implement infant/toddler and play-centered childcare courses, and to improve parents' understanding of the play-centered childcare process and how to connect with families. Implications were provided.
