꿈 이미지를 통한 미술치료사의 자기 정체성에 대한 자전적 내러티브 탐구

국문 초록

본 연구는 연구자가 꿈 이미지를 통해 미술치료사의 자기 정체성을 알아가고 그 과정에서 상징의 변화를 알아보기 위한 자전적 탐구이다. 이를 위해 2019년 5월부터 2022년 8월 30일까지 98회기의 꿈 분석을 받았다. 이 연구에서 활용된 꿈으로는 시간적 흐름에 따라 자신의 문제를 이해하고 해결할 수 있는 꿈 5개를 선출했고 긍정적인 경험을 통해 ‘내면 들여다보기’, ‘심혼의 세계로’, ‘창조를 통한 환희’, ‘염원’ 네 단계의 목표가 이루어졌다. 그에 따른 의미는 ‘나를 만나는 여정’, ‘소중함의 기다림’, ‘잃어버린 나를 찾아서’, ‘내면의 동반자와 만남’, ‘나의 페르소나’, ‘나의 삶의 성장’, ‘내면의 세계’, ‘희망의 조력자’, ‘내면의 양식’, ‘새로운 삶의 부활’ 주제 10개가 도출하였고, 미술 작업 내용물 12개이다. 이러한 결과의 바탕으로 본 연구는 첫째, 꿈 이미지를 통해 미술치료사의 정체성을 알아가는 과정에서 삶의 큰 활력소를 주었고, 진정한 나를 찾아가고 있다는 것을 경험하게 되었다. 둘째, 꿈 이미지를 통해 미술치료사의 정체성을 찾아가는 과정에서 긍정적인 상징적 변화와 중년의 삶에 문제점들을 발견하여 해결할 수 있도록 도와주었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study is an autobiographical exploration to find out the self-identity of an art therapists by dream images and the change in symbols on the process. To this end, it received 98 dreams analysis from May 2019 to August 30, 2022. Among dreams used in this study, only five dreams were selected to understand and resolve life issue over time, and four-step goals were achieved: “Looking inward,” “To the world of heart and soul,” “Joy through creation,”and “Wish,” Accordingly, ten themes were derived including “The journey to meet me,” “Waiting for preciousness,” “Finding the lost me,” “Encounter of the inner companion,” “My Persona,” “Growth of my life,” “The world inner,” “The supporter of hope,” “Inner nourishment,” and “Resurrection of new life,”and 12 artworks were created. Based on these results, this study, firstly, gave a great vitality in to life in the process of finding the identity of the therapist from images and experiencing to find a true self. Second, in the process of finding the identity, it helped to discover and positive symbolic changes and resolve in middle-aged life issues. Based on the research results, the significance and limitations of the study were discussed.
