역량기반 전공교육과정 성과평가 체계 구축 및 확산: D대학교 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

연구 목적 본 연구는 전공교육과정과 연계된 전공인증제를 중심으로 학생성장과 관련된 성 과도출 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 연구 내용 전공능력 기반 교육과정 운영 체계 계획 평가, 전공교육만족도 평가, 전공연계 비 교과교육을 통한 역량 향상도 분석, 전공능력 성취도진단 평가 분석, 전공능력 기반 교육과정 운영 결과 평가를 바탕으로 성과평가 체계를 구축하였다. 결론 연구결과는 전공능력 기반 교육과정 운영 계획 수립에서 전공능력 설정 타당성이 중요 한 것으로 나타났고, 전공능력 설정의 타당성이 상대적으로 높은 학과(부)/전공이 전공교육만 족도 에서도 높은 결과를 보이고 있었다. 또한 인증 단계(미인증/인증1단계/인증2단계)에 따라 전공교육만족도 및 전공연계 비교과교육 향상도 에서도 미인증 및 1단계를 지향하는 학과 (부)/전공 보다는 인증2단계를 지향하는 학과(부)/전공이 전공교육만족도와 전공연계 비교과 교육 향상도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 전공능력 기반 교육과정 운영 평가 분석 결 과 중 자기보고식 성취도 진단 결과는 20년에 비해 상승한 것으로 나타났으나, 교과기반 전 공능력 성취도 진단 결과는 하락한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전공능력 기반 교육과정 운영 결 과 평가에서도 일부학과를 제외한 모든 학과에서 전공교육과정 개선방안 도출에도 어려움을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

PURPOSE This study is to prepare a plan to achieve achievement related to student growth. CONTENTS A performance evaluation system is established based on the major competency -based curriculum operation plan, satisfaction evaluation for major education, competency improvement analysis through major-related non-curricular education, major competency achievement diagnosis, and major competency-based curriculum operation result evaluation. RESULTS In it can be seen that the validity of setting the main competencies is important in establishing the curriculum operation plan based on the main competencies. By accreditation level, in terms of satisfaction with major education and improvement of non-major education level, majors aiming for accreditation level 2 showed high satisfaction with major education satisfaction and improvement of non-major education level. However, as a result of evaluating the major-centered curriculum operation evaluation, it was found that the self-diagnosis achievement diagnosis result increased, while the subject-centered major achievement diagnosis result decreased. As a result of evaluating the results of the major competency-centered curriculum operation, it was found that all departments had difficulties in deriving major courses improvement plans.
