국문 초록

이 연구는 특수교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 개발역량 평가도구 구성 및 타당화를 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 선행연구 검토를 통해 41개의 예비 문항을 개발한 후 전문가 타당도 검증을 거쳐 37개 문항을 완성하였다. 둘째, 예비 문항의 구인 타당도 검증을 위해 현직 특수교사 102명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통하여 문항 내적 신뢰도 검사를 한 후 최종 34개 문항을 선정하여 구인 타당도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 교사 수준 교육과정 개발역량 평가도구는 교육과정 이해, 교과/창의적 체험활동 운영, 수업 실행, 평가 실행, 총 4개 영역, 34개 문항으로 구성되었으며 문항 내적 신뢰도는 .980으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 특수교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 개발역량 평가도구의 반영 내용, 평가도구의 역할, 교사 수준 교육과정 개발역량 강화 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to construct and validate the evaluation scale for teacher level curriculum development competency of special teachers. To this end, first, 41 preliminary questions were developed through a review of previous studies. 37 items were completed through expert validity verification. Second, an online survey was conducted on 103 incumbent special education teachers to verify the validity of the preliminary questions. After the item internal reliability test, the final 34 items were selected and construct validity was analyzed. As a result of the study, the teacher level curriculum development competency evaluation scale consisted of a total of 4 domains and 34 questions: curriculum understanding, subject/creative experiential activity operation, class execution, and evaluation execution. The item internal reliability was .980. Based on these results, the reflection contents of the evaluation scale for teacher level curriculum development competency of special teachers, the role of the evaluation scale, and ways to strengthen the teacher level curriculum development competency were discussed.
