국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 병원에서 근무하는 임상간호사를 대상으로 사진을 활용한 집단미술치료가 감정부조화와 직무소진에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기도에 소재한 종합병원, 대학병원에 재직 중인 임상간호사 중 24명을 선정하여 무선 배정하였다. 실험집단 12명과 통제집단 12명으로 구성하였으며 실험집단에서 동의 철회한 1명을 제외한 23명으로 연구를 종료하였다. 2019년 7월부터 2019년 10월까지 주 1-2회, 90분씩 사전-사후 검사를 제외한 총 13회기 프로그램을 실험집단에게 실시하였고 통제집단에서는 사전-사후 검사만 진행하였다. 연구도구로는 감정부조화와 직무소진 척도를 SPSS 24.0의 윌콕슨 부호순위검증(Wilcoxon signed ranks test)으로 양적 분석하였고, 감정부조화와 직무소진으로 발생한 스트레스의 양적 및 질적 분석을 위해 빗속의 사람 그림검사를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사진을 활용한 집단미술치료가 임상간호사의 감정부조화의 관계지향행위, 추스름, 참아내기에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 있었으나, 표면행위, 억누름에서는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 사진을 활용한 집단미술치료가 임상간호사의 직무소진에 통계적으로 유의미한 효과를 보였다. 셋째, 임상간호사의 직무 안에서 감정부조화와 직무소진으로 인해 발생한 스트레스가 빗속의 사람 그림검사를 통해 긍정적으로 변화하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of group art therapy using photography on emotional dissonance and job burnout of clinical nurses working in hospitals. The subjects of the study were selected and randomly assigned 24 clinical nurses working at general and university hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do. They consisted of 12 experimental groups and 12 control groups, and the study was completed with 23 people, excluding one who withdrew their consent from the experimental group. The experimental group participated in once or twice a week, 90 minutes session, which made a total of 13 programs excepting pre-test and post-test from July. 2019 to Oct. 2019. As a study tool for this study, quantitative analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test in the SPSS 24.0 program for statistical analysis. In order to check the emotional changes of the experimental group, it tried qualitative analysis of each program and qualitative analysis of PITR to recognize the changes in stress. First, the group art therapy using photography had a statistically significant effect on the relationship-oriented behavior, restored mind and patience among the emotional dissonance parameter. However, there was no statistical significance in surface activity and suppression. Second, the group art therapy using photography showed statistically significant effect on the clinical nurses’ job burnout. Third, the clinical nurses who has the stress caused by emotional dissonance and job burnout has changed positively.
