결혼이민여성의 문화적 정체감 태도발달과 정서적 안정감의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 결혼이민여성들의 정서적 혼란과 문화적 정체감 태도발달 수준을 탐색하였고, 문화적 정체감 태도발달을 지원하는 교육 방안을 제언하고자 하였다. 문화적 정체감 태도발달 척도의 확인적 요인분석을 한 다음 정서적 안정감과의 관계를살펴보았고 전조우단계, 조우단계, 유예단계 및 내면화단계로 구성되어 있음을 확인하였다. 문화적 정체감 태도발달의 각 단계와 정서적 안정감과의 관계에서 문화적 정체감 태도발달 단계에 따라 정서적 안정감이 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 조우단계(2단계)에서 정서적 안정감이 가장 낮았다. 정서적 안정감의 구성요인 중 ‘긴장과불안’은 1단계(전조우단계)에서 가장 높았으며, ‘근심과 불안’은 2단계(조우단계)에서 가장 낮았고, ‘만족과 평안’은 4단계(내면화단계)에서 가장 높았다. ‘자신감과 낙관’도 4단계(내면화단계)에서 가장 높았다. 즉 결혼이주여성들의 정체감 발달 수준이 낮은 전조우단계에서는 긴장과 불안이 높았다가 발달이 이루어진 내면화단계에서 만족과 평안감이 높아지고 있음을 시사한다. 또한 자신의 모국 국적을 유지하면서 한국인으로 인식하는 결혼이민여성들이 정체감 태도발달의 마지막 단계인 내면화단계에 가장 많이 소속되어 있었다. 마지막으로 다문화 이주여성들의 안정된 정체감 획득을 위한 목회상담적 제안 그리고 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한제안점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to validate the tools for measuring the cultural identity attitude development level of married immigrant women in Korea by using the confirmative factor analysis for the 4 stages of the cultural identity attitude development theory and finding its relationship with emotional comforts. Among the cultural identity attitude development stages, and their relations with emotional comfort, the subject’s level of emotional comfort showed significance based on the cultural identity attitude development stage. And especially, emotional comfort showed to be lowest in the encounter (2nd)stage. Looking at differences between component factors of emotional comfort levels, ‘tension and anxiety’were highest in the 1ststage(preencounter) while it scored lowest in the 2ndstage(encounter), and ‘satisfaction and peace’ was highest in the 4th stage(internalization). ‘Confidence and optimism’ also scored highest in the 4thstage. Such results suggest that married immigrant women have higher levels of tension and anxiety in the lower stages of cultural identity attitude development and as they develop into the internalization stage,their satisfaction and peace levels increase. Limitation, implication and the approach of pastrol counseling on immigrant women were discussed.
