국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국 여성의 산후우울증의 경험을 현상학적으로 연구함으로써 산후우울증의 문제의식을 높이고, 이에 대한 연구가 부족한 현실에서 산후우울증 에 대한 치유의 중요성을 깨닫고 활발한 연구의 필요성을 제기하고자 한다. 또한 산후우울증의 돌봄에 있어서 목회신학적인 성찰을 통해 산후우울증으로 고통 받고 있는 여성들을 치유하고, 더 나아가 교회를 비롯한 여러 공동체와 사회의 체계적인 지원이 제공되기를 바란다. 본 연구의 방법론은 현상학적인 질적 연구를 통해서 얻 어진 한국 여성의 산후우울증의 본질을 Christie Cozad Neuger의 방법론으로 해석 하고 논의함으로써 여성목회의 신학적 성찰을 하였다. 현상학적 연구 결과 지금 한 국 여성들은 문화적 지배담론과 가부장적인 힘의 억압으로 인해 출산 후에 하나님 의 진정한 창조성과 은혜를 바라보지 못하고 있다. 한국의 산모들에게 하나님은 ‘징벌의 하나님’, ‘멀리 계시는 하나님’으로 경험되어지고 있었을 뿐이다. 이제 교회 공동체는한국여성이출산후자신의몸으로직접경험했던하나님의창조성과은 혜를마음껏이야기할수있는돌봄과희망의공동체가되어야할것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine Korean women’s experiences of postpartum depression in the aspect of its phenomenon to increase the sense of awareness on postpartum depression. In addition, the purpose is to present a need to actively conduct studies on postpartum depression upon recognizing the importance of its healing in the midst of current circumstance where according studies are lacking. It is also hoped that women suffering from postpartum depression that are in pain can be healed through pastoral theological consideration in their care and systematic support would be provided by various communities including the church and society. In addition, Neuger’s methodology was followed for the counselling discussion of women’s ministry in this study. It externalized through stories the postpartum depression experienced by Korean women after childbirth, which was recognized as the suppression of power and social issue that occur in patriarchal relationship, and clarified it through stories of alternative and mother’s resistance. In addition, it also proposed a new hope and creative change of being able to overcome postpartum depression by keeping healthy through autonomous choice and connection to safe community.
