대학 비교과 교육과정 운영 사례 연구: 전남대학교 교수 학습지원센터 프로그램을 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 지역 거점 국립대학교인 전남대학교에서 2005년 이후 12년간 운영된 교수학습지원센터 비교과 교육과정 사례를 프로그램 중심으로 분석하는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 지역 거점대학인 전남대학교의 기초교육원 교수학습지원센터이다. 연구 문제는 ‘전남대학교 교수학습지원센터의 조직변화 과정을 분석’하고 ‘전남대학교 교수학습지원센터의 교수·학습프로그램을 주제별 분류해 그 성과를 평가’하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 문헌 분석이다. 분석 자료는 전남대학교 교수학습지원센터에서 발간한 연차보고서, 자체 평가 보고서, 프로그램 운영 결과 보고서 등이다. 연구 결과, 전남대학교 교수학습지원센터는 2005년 교육발전연구원으로 개원하여 두 번의 조직개편 과정을 거쳐 지금의 구조가 되었다. 운영 프로그램의 수는 2005년 교육발전연구원 출범 당시 31개에서 2016년 41개로 양적증가를 보였으며, 공부일촌-한울학습, 이뭣고-교학상장, 워크숍 프로그램 등 프로그램의 참여자 증가 및 만족도 향상을 통해 그 성과를 확인했다. 결론에서는 교수학습지원센터 및 프로그램의 원활한 운영을 위한 교수학습 담당조직의 장기적 운영 필요성과 대학내부의 지원 연계를 강조했다. 또한 대학 내 비교과 교육과정 운영조직 조사를 통해 단위대학 비교과 교육프로그램의 성과 검증 필요성을 제안했다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the cases of extra curriculum, operated for 12 years since 2005 in Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) of Chonnam National University (CNU) which is one of the Korean national flagship universities. The main target of this study is CTL in Faculty of Liberal Education of CNU. The subject of this study is to analyze the transformation process of CTL as an organization and to evaluate the results by categorizing teaching-learning programs according to the topic . The literature analysis is used for this study as a research method. The data, used for this research, is annual reports, self-evaluation reports, and reports of operation result, and so on. The research shows that CTL of CNU originally opened as Education Development Research Institute. After two times of reorganization, it became the present structure.. The number of operating program shows an increase in quantity from 31 in 2005, at the beginning of foundation, to 41 in 2016. Positive outcome is verified by increasing number of participants and the level of satisfaction in programs like Gongbu Ilchon - Hanul study group, Imweotgo- Gyohaksangjang, and other workshop programs. In conclusion part of this study, two things were emphasized for well management of CTL and CTL programs; Long-term operation of teaching-learning organization and the connected support inside the university . Moreover, this study suggests the importance on verification of outcome from extra curriculum programs through the investigation of extra curriculum organization inside the university.
