국문 초록

본 연구는 결혼이주여성 대상 취·창업 프로그램의 실태를 파악하고, 참가한 결혼이주여성의 관점에서 취·창업프로그램의 효과성을 분석함으로써 참가자의 욕구에 적합한 취·창업프로그램 모델을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 연구 결과를 통해 결혼이주여성의 경제적인 자립과 실천현장에 적합한 취·창업 교육 모델 개발을 위한 토대를 마련할 수 있으리라 사료된다. 연구내용으로는 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 취·창업 프로그램에 대한 기본적 욕구와 프로그램 만족도를 파악하고, 분석한다. 둘째, 취·창업 프로그램 참여자와 기관의 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사 및 심층면접을 통해 프로그램의 효과성과 영 향요인을 분석한다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성을 위한 효과적인 취·창업지원모델을 개발하기 위한 토대를 마련한다.

영문 초록

In this study, by understanding the reality of marriage migrant women for employment establishment program, to analyze the effectiveness of employment establishment program taken from the point of view of marriage migrant women who participated, this is basic research for developing the model of employment establishment program that meets the needs of the participants. It is believed to be capable of research results, and to provide a foundation for the development of employment establishment program model suitable for practice site and economic independence of married migrant women.
