국문 초록

This study aims to develop a practical framework for refining Building Information Modeling (BIM) application guidelines in railway infrastructure projects by implementation and performance evaluation. To achieve this goal, firstly the study identified key BIM application items suitable for railway infrastructure projects through a comprehensive review of existing domestic and international BIM guidelines and researches. Secondly, the identified BIM application items were implemented in actual three railway pilot projects. Lastly, the performance of these applications was evaluated through quantitative and qualitative analysis, including a survey of project stakeholders. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique was used to assess the importance and performance measurement of various BIM application items, providing insights into prioritization and improvement strategies. This study demonstrate the feasibility of implementing a cyclical process involving BIM application items identification, pilot project implementation, and performance evaluation using IPA. While the study was primarily focused on subgrade-related applications due to project timelines, the results provide valuable insights for future railway projects that will adopt BIM.
