지역의 창업 교육 방향성에 대한 제언

국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 지역의 창업 교육 현실이 어떠한지 알아보며 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 할 지를 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: 이 연구는 2022년 7월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 ‘부산일보’의 창업 교육 관련 기사 286건에 나타난 지역 사회의 창업 교육 특징을 분석했다. 연구결과: 지역 언론 보도를 통해 나타난 지역의 창업 교육 특징은 창업 교육의 효과성과 참여자 인터뷰의 부재, 창업 교육의 주된 특성, 성공 사례 위주와 교수자 중심 교육(학습자 중심 교육의 부재), ‘외화내빈’ 형태의 창업 교육, ‘취·창업’키워드의 관용적 사용, 창업의 성공은 안정적인 프랜차이즈 공식이 있었다. 논의 및 결론: 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 창업 교육이 되기 위해서는 우선 장기적 목표를 갖고 접근할 필요가 있다. 새로운 테크놀로지에 대한 교육, 창업자들이 필요한 지속적 지원 제공, 스타트업 엑셀러레이터 지원 체계 구축 등이 연결될 필요가 있다. 또한 학습자 중심의 앙트러프러너십 프로세스에 근거한 교육이 이뤄질 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study seeks to find out what the reality of start-up education in the region is and to suggest what direction to go. Method: This study analyzed how start-up education in the community is conducted using local media reports. From July 1 to December 31, 2022, the characteristics of 286 articles related to start-up education in the Busan Ilbo were analyzed. Results: Local start-up education characteristics were the effectiveness of start-up education, the absence of participant interviews, the main characteristics of start-up education, successful case-oriented and instructor-centered education, the idiomatic use of the “get-start-up” keyword, and the success of start-ups were stable franchise formulas. Conclusion: In order to become a necessary entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to first approach it with a long-term goal. Education on new technologies, providing continuous support needed by founders, and establishing a startup accelerator support system need to be connected. In addition, education based on the learner-centered anti-trust learning process needs to be conducted.
