국문 초록

본 연구는 마이산 생태․경관‧지역특화 산업(홍삼한방, 치유)의 융복합으로 진안군의 신성장동력을 확보하고‘대한민국 No.1 치유관광지 조성’을 위한 지역거점 확보할 수 있는 마이산 관광단지의 지속 가능한 발전방향을 모색하였다. 진안군 대표적 경관자원인 마이산지역의 통합적인 경관관리체계 구축을 통해 마이산과개별사업 간의 조화로운 개발로 마이산 경관보전 방향을 제시하였다. 현재의 마이산은 내‧외적 이미지가 기존 관광시설간 상호 연계성 부족으로 일반적인 관광단지로의 인식이 강해 자원간 연계방안 모색을 통한 통합개발계획 시급한 실정이다. 진안군을 치유관광의 거점으로 개발하기 위해 세계적으로 유명한 크나이프협회와의 협력으로 한국형 크나이프 치유모델 개발을 모색하고 있어 그에 상응하는 치유관광산업 기반시설 확충 필요하다. 이에 통합 운영관리 및 공간계획, 치유관광 콘덴츠 강화, 체류형 관광기반 구축, 지역공동체 참여와 지역특화로 나누어 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 이로 인해 일자리 창출 등 고용유발효과, 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과 등의 파급 효과가 나타날 것이며, 지자체(광역, 기초) 지원체계 및 거버넌스 체계가 구축되어 진안군 관광산업 활성화에 영향을 미칠 것이라사료된다.

영문 초록

This study sets out to explore directions of sustainable development for the Mt. Mai Tourism Complex to secure a new growth engine for Jinan-kun and a local base for 'South Korea's No.1 healing tourist destination' through the fusion and mix of ecology, landscape, and local specialization industry(oriental medicine with red ginseng and healing) at Mt. Mai. An integrated landscape management system was built for the areas of Mt. Mai, one of the representative landscape resources in Jinan-kun, and directions for the preservation of its landscapes were proposed based on harmonious development between the mountain and individual projects. Today, Mt. Mai has a strong internal and external image as a common tourist complex due to the lack of mutual connections among the old tourist facilities, thus having an urgent need for an integrated development plan based on connected measures among the resources. Jinan-kun is searching for ways to develop a Korean-style Kneipp healing model in cooperation with the world-renowned Kneipp Association to establish itself as a base of healing tourism, thus requiring for the expansion of infrastructure for the healing tourism industry. The study proposed developmental directions for integrated operation & management and spatial planning, reinforcement of healing tourist content, establishment of stay-type tourist base, and participation of local community and specialization of a local area. They will create ripple effects involving the stimulation of employment including new jobs, production, and value added and contribute to the establishment of a support and governance system at the local government(metropolitan and basic) level, thus having impacts on the activation of tourism industry in Jinan-kun.
