국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 내 한국어 교육기관의 조직 인프라 구축을 위한 기초 작업의 하나로 대학 내 한국어 교육기관의 조직 현황을 조사 및 분석하였고, 그에 따라 한국어 교육기관 내 교육지원조직을 설계할 때의 원칙과 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 즉, 대학 내 한국어 교육기관의 직제와 조직, 상위조직으로서의 언어교육 총괄조직의 조직 형태와 명칭, 한국어 교육기관 내 교육지원조직의 직제와 구성 현황 등을 사례별로 조사하였다. 대학내 한국어 교육기관은 모 기관인 대학의 역사와 형편에 따라 다양한 방식으로 직제를 구성하고 조직을 운영하고 있었으며, 재학생과 한국어 연수생의 규모에 따라 그 직제와 조직 운영의 형태가 일정한 경향성을 가지고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 전반적으로 대학 내 한국어 교육기관은 대학 내에서의 교육기관으로서의 정체성을 나타낼 만한 조직 기반을 구축하고 있지 못하였음을 확인했다. 이에 따라 한국어 교육기관의 교육지원조직을 구축하기 위한 4가지의 조직 기반의 사전 고찰과 4가지의 조직 설계의 기준 및 원칙을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the organizational status of Korean language centers in universities as one of the basic tasks for establishing the organizational infrastructure of Korean language centers in universities, and to present the principles and standards for designing educational support organizations in Korean language centers. In other words, the ‘organization of office’ and organization of Korean language education institutions in universities, the organizational form and name of the general organization of language education as a higher organization, and the organization and composition status of educational support organizations in Korean language centers were investigated on a case-by-case basis. The Korean language centers in the university were organized and operated in various ways according to the history and circumstances of the parent university, and it was analyzed that the form of organization and organization operation had a certain tendency depending on the size of the students and Korean language trainees. Accordingly, four organization-based preliminary considerations and four organizational design standards and principles for building an educational support organization for Korean language educational institutions were suggested.
