국문 초록

중국은 세계 경제의 중요한 구성 요소로서 대국 의식과 책임을 계승하고 경제 세계화의 흐름에 따라 적극적으로 주변과 세계 다른 국가와의 경제 왕래와 협력을 전개하고 있다. 최근 들어, 경제 세계화가 심화됨에 따라 세계 각국 간의 정치 경제 문화 교류는 날로 밀접해지고 있으며 중국은 세계 발전의 대세에 부응하여 '일대일로'와 '헤이룽장 경제벨트'의 정책을 펼치고 있다. 헤이룽장 지역은 '일대일로(一带一路)'와 '헤이룽장 경제벨트' 연선(沿線)의 중요한 위치에 놓여 있어 우월한 지리적 위치로 한반도와의 교류가 빈번하고 한국어는 두 나라의 의사소통 교류의 중요한 도구가 되었으며 따라서 한국어 인재에 대한 시장 수요량도 커졌다. 따라서 헤이룽장성의 대학교에 소속되어 있는 한국어학과에서는 '한국어+영어' 이중 외국어 커리큘럼의 구축이 흑룡강 지역 인재 양성의 중요한 부분으로 되었다. 본고는 헤이룽장성 대학교의 한국어 학과에서 기존의 '한국어+영어' 이중 외국어를 발전시킨 배경을 소개하고, '한국어+영어' 이중 외국어 인재 양성 현황 및 '한국어+영어' 이중 외국어 양성 모델을 분석한 후, 기존 문제에 대한 일련의 혁신적인 대응책을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이는 한국어 학과에서 '한국어+영어' 이중 외국어 인재 구축을 위한 긍정적이고 유의미한 논거를 제시할 수 있음에 의의를 둔다.

영문 초록

As an important component of the global economy, China inherits the consciousness and responsibility of a large country and actively develops economic exchanges and cooperation with the surrounding countries and other countries in the world in line with the trend of economic globalization. In recent years, as economic globalization intensifies, political, economic and cultural exchanges between countries around the world are getting closer, and China is implementing policies of One Belt, One Road and Heilongjiang Economic Belt in response to the trend of global development. The Heilongjiang region is located in an important position on the “One Belt, One Road” and the “Heilongjiang Economic Belt” line, so exchanges with the Korean Peninsula are frequent due to its superior geographical location, and Korean has become an important tool for communication and exchange between the two countries. Therefore, the establishment of a foreign language curriculum among “Korean + English” has become an important part of fostering talent in the Heilongjiang region in the Korean language department belonging to Heilongjiang Province. This paper aims to introduce the background of the development of existing 'Korean + English' dual foreign languages in the Korean language department of Heilongjiang University, analyze the status of 'Korean + English' dual foreign language talent training, and present a series of innovative countermeasures to existing problems. This is meaningful in that the Korean language department can present a positive and meaningful argument for establishing a dual foreign language talent.
