아로마테라피에 관한 학위 논문 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 아로마테라피연구에 관련 학위논문의 연구를 근거로 발표된 총 95편을 연구대상으로 2015년부터 2020년 8월까지 학위논문의 연구동향을 살펴보고 연도별 연구동향, 주제별 연구내용, 수를 분석하여 살펴보고 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 첫째, 발표된 학위별 논문 수를 살펴본 결과 박사논문보다 석사논문 수가 약 2.8배 정도 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 연구내용을 주제별 살펴본 결과 굉박한 사회적 특정대상에 관한 연구가 되었음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 연구동향 연구를 년도별로 살펴본 결과 2015년에는 대부분 향 선호도와 스트레스에 관한 연구가 있었다. 2016년에는 여드름치료방법, 체중감량, 탈모, 수업모형개발, 평생교육개발적용을 통해 아로마테라피의 지대한 관심이 반영한다. 2017년에는 문화적,사회적 요소에 따른 연구 여러분야에 활용되고 적용 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 2018년 연구는 광범위한 사회적 특정대상과 연구대상이 보다 구체적으로 연구 되었다. 2019년에는 주제의 다양성과 연구대상을 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 신체변화의 접근과 적용에 관한 연구가 다루어졌다. 2020년에는 자연치유적용, 라벤더 오일과 합성 향흡입에 대한 스트레스, 심박변이도, 차크라와 색채 관련하여 뇌파변화에 미치는 영향과 정신신경 면역학적 고찰, 에센셜 오일의 항균효과와 항산화, 혈압에 미치는 효과 비교, 자율신경계와 여드름개선에 미치는 영향에 관한 많은 연구들이 다루어졌다. 이러한 결과를 결합해 볼 때 연구동향은 아로마에 사회적 관심사 영향을 받고 있으며 대상 연령층과 연구 주제가 다양해지는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 아로마테라피 연구는 향후 더욱 여러 연령층을 상대로 사회적 관심사와 관계 있는 연구유형을 주제로 근접하게 시도 하는 것이 많아질 것으로 시사된다. 본 연구는 아로마테라피를 이용한 고찰 연구들을 통해 인체에 부작용이 적고 안전하게 체계적인 연구 동향을 파악해서 향후 연구에 이론적 근거를 마련하고 미용관련 연구동향을 분석하여 학회지, 학위논문의 아로마와 관련된 연구 동향을 더욱 총체적으로 살펴볼 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

Recently, as side effects are known as traditional treatments centered on drug treatment for certain diseases, many people are paying attention to complementary alternative treatments that have no side effects, have high disease treatment effects, and improve physical and mental functions. The findings are as follows. First, as a result of examining the number of papers published by degree, a total of 95 papers from 2015 to 2020, and a similar level of steady research trend was published. The master's thesis was 2.8 times that of the Ph.D. thesis. Second, as a result of examining the research contents by subject, it can be seen that research on social special subjects has been conducted extensively.In the medical field according to the medical diagnosis, it was found to be applied to intensive care patients, middle-aged women with chronic diseases, hospice patients, and dementia patients. Third, as a result of examining the research trends by year, research on stress and orientation preferences was conducted in 2015. In 2016, through the development and application of hair loss and weight loss, acne treatment methods, lifelong education, and educational models, aromatherapy attracted great interest at the time.It's reflecting. In 2017, the number of subjects of research on various types of special, social, and environmental factors as well as application to physical and emotional standards is increasing. In 2018, there were many studies on stress as in 2015. In 2019, muscle relaxation, integrated management using essential oils, and studies applying aromatherapy to hospices, muscle pain and constitution,It deals with the application and approach of body change. In 2020, there were studies on natural healing, antibacterial effects, acne improvement, and effects on the autonomic nervous system. Based on these results, it was confirmed that the age group and research topics subject to the recent aromatherapy research trend have diversified and social interest is affecting. This study will increase future aromatherapy research attempts to access topics related to social concerns in a broader age group, systematically examine recent studies using aromatherapy, which is safe for the human body, identify trends, and provide theoretical evidence for future research.It prepares and analyzes not only papers but also beautyrelated journals and research trends. Therefore, it suggests looking at research trends related to more overall scent.
