국문 초록

최근 글로벌 콜드체인 시장 규모가 성장함에 따라 콜드체인 산업에 대한 투자 및 관리 위험이 증가하게 되었다. 본 연구는 중소수출기업을 대상으로 콜드체인 물류 시스템 운용과정에서 나타날 수 있는 공급망 리스크 요인을 도출하고 리스크 관리가 해운물류 효율성에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 특징은 선행연구와 전문가 심층 인터뷰를 통해 콜드체인의 리스크를 저온유지관리 리스크, 운송환경 리스크, 정보기술 리스크로 구분하였으며, 해운물류 효율성을 대응성과 유연성으로 나누어변수화하였다는 점이다. 연구 분석을 위해 예비조사를 실시하여 설문지를 구조화하였으며 연구조사 기간은 2022년 10월 11일부터 동년 10월 28일까지한국무역협회, 한국수산무역협회, 한국제약바이오협회, 대한무역투자진흥공사, 한국중소기업수출입협회 등 회원사 리스트를 대상으로 하여 표본추출방식으로 설문을 배포하였다. 설문방법은 온라인을 통한 구글 설문지를 이용하였으며 회수한 225부 중 불성실한 23부를 제외한 총 202부를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 설문자료는 SPSS ver.26.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 빈도분석 및 탐색적 요인분석을 시행한 이후 Smart PLS ver 3.3.5 통계 패키지를 활용하여 개념적 연구모형을 중심으로 외부 측정모델 평가, 내부 구조모델 평가, 구조방정식 모델링 검정을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 리스크 요인 중 저온유지관리 리스크는 콜드체인 리스크 관리에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 운송환경 리스크와 정보기술 리스크는 콜드체인 리스크 관리에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 리스크 관리는 해운물류에대한 대응성과 유연성 증대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐다. 본 연구는 제한된 인적, 재정적 자원의 배경을 지닌 중소수출기업이 콜드체인 물류시스템 운용과정에서 나타날 수 있는 리스크에 관하여 해운물류 효율성에 미치는 인과관계를 밝혔다는 점에서그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Recently, the size of the global cold chain market is growing. Therefore, the cold chain has increased management risks. The purpose of this study is to identify potential supply chain risk factors that could emerge during the operation of the cold chain logistics system for small and medium-sized export businesses. Additionally, we attempted to comprehend how risk management affected the effectiveness of logistics and shipping. Structured questionnaires were distributed from October 11, 2022, to October 28, 2022, focused on lists of randomly chosen member organizations, including the Korea International Trade Association, the Korea Fisheries Trade Association, the Korea Pharmaceutical Bio Association, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, and the Korea Small and Medium Business Association. As for the survey method, about 225 copies were collected by distributing Google questionnaires online, and a total of 202 copies were used for empirical analysis, excluding 23 insincere copies. For empirical analysis, the Smart PLS statistical package was used to evaluate external measurement models, internal structural model evaluation, and structural equation modeling, focusing on conceptual research models. The results of this study are as follows. Among risk factors, low temperature maintenance risk had a negative (-) effect on cold chain risk management, and transportation environment risk and information technology risk had a significant positive (+) effect on cold chain risk management. And risk management was found to have an effect on responsiveness and flexibility in shipping and logistics. This study supplements the contents of previous studies on the risks that small and medium-sized export companies with limited human and financial resources may encounter in the process of operating a cold chain logistics system and examines the causal relationship that related risk management has on shipping logistics efficiency.
