비대면 시대 대학생의 자기조절학습과 학습동기에 관한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹 이후 비대면 시대를 살아가는 대학생들의 캠스터디 이용 경험을 바탕으로 대학생의 자기조절학습 양상과 학습동기를 파악하고자 하였다. 경험의 의미와 본질을 발견할 수 있는 현상학적 방법을 사용해 대학생 9명을 심층 면담한 결과 '스스로 택한 규율의 무게', '타인의 시선이 주는 긴장감', '함께라는 장점', '효과에 대한 신뢰', '온라인 학습의 장점'이라는 5가지 상위주제와 10개의 하위주제를 도출하였다. 이를 자기조절학습(Self-Determination Thoery) 이론과 자기결정성이론(Self-Determination Theory)을 기반으로 해석한 결과 캠스터디는 자기조절학습 중 행동조절에 해당하며 최초의 이용 동기는 다양한 수준의 자기결정성을 보이지만, 캠스터디 이용 경험이 반복될수록 자율성이 좀 더 상승하는 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 자기조절학습을 지원하기 위한 다양한 콘텐츠 기획 및 정책 수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to understand the aspects of self-regulated learning and learning motivation of college students based on the experience of college students living in the non-face-to-face era after the COVID-19 pandemic. In-depth interviews were conducted with 9 college students using a phenomenological method to discover the meaning and essence of experience. As a result, 5 upper themes and 10 sub-themes were derived. The parent topic is as follows. 'Responsibility of discipline chosen by oneself', 'tension of others' gaze', 'advantage of being together', 'trust in effectiveness', 'advantage of online learning'. This was interpreted based on Self-Determination Thoery and Self-Determination Theory. As a result, Camstudy corresponds to behavioral control among self-regulated learning, and the initial motivation for using it shows various levels of self-determination. However, as the experience is repeated, the It was found that autonomy tended to increase more. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data necessary for planning various contents and establishing policies to support college students' self-regulated learning.
