노인의 사회적 관계망에 대한 계량서지학적 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 계량서지학적 방법을 사용하여 노인의 사회적 관계망에 관한 연구 동향을 종합적으로 분석하고자 하였다. Web of Science 데이터베이스를 사용하여 국외 문헌을 수집하였으며, 연도별 출판 논문 편수, 연구 논문 학술 분야, 학술지 분포를 파악하여연구 동향을 분석하였다. VOS viewer를 통해 국가별, 연구기관별 인용 분석과 키워드 및 군집 분석을 실행하였으며 시각화 지도를통해 분석내용을 나타냈다. 분석 결과, 1982년부터 2022년 8월까지 총 3,660편의 논문이 출판되었으며, 연도별 게재된 논문의 수는증가하는 추세를 보였다. 노인의 사회적 관계망과 관련된 연구는 노년학과 노년 병학 분야에서 가장 활발하게 진행되고 있었으며, Journals of Gerontology series B Psychological Science and Social Sciences가 가장 많은 논문을 출판했다. 국가별, 기관별 인용 분석을진행한 결과, 해당 주제와 관련하여 미국에서 가장 활발하게 연구하고 있으며, 영향력이 큰 나라임을 확인할 수 있었다. 키워드 분석결과, 상위 5개의 단어에는 건강(1,114회), 지지(707회), 외로움(459회), 사회적 지지(359회), 성인(281회)가 있었다. 상위 100개의 키워드는 총 4개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 예방적 관점에서 노인의 사회적 관계망의 중요성이 다시 한번 환기되며, 노년기에축소되는 관계망을 유지할 수 있는 제도와 중재를 마련하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to comprehensively analyze the research trends on the social network of older adults using the bibliometric analysis. Literature was collected using Web of Science database and the number of published papers by year was analyzed. Citation analysis by country and research institution, keyword, and cluster analysis was conducted through VOSviewer. The results were displayed through a visualization map. A total of 3,660 papers were published from 1982 to August 2022, and the number of papers published by year showed an increasing trend. Research on social networks of older adults was most active in the field of Gerontology and Geriatrics. The Journal of Gerontology series B Psychological Science and Social Sciences published the most papers. As a result of citation analysis by country and institution, it was found that research on social networks of older adults was most actively conducted in the United States and had the biggest influence. Top five keywords included health(1,114 times), support(707 times), loneliness(459 times), social support(359 times), and adults(281 times). The top 100 keywords were classified into a total of four clusters. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that the importance of social networks for older adults will be recalled for preventive reasons. Also, this study will help to prepare systems and interventions to maintain the network of older adults which shrinks as one ages.
