울산 공립유치원의 민주적 조직문화 실태 분석 - 교원의 인식을 중심으로 -

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 울산 공립유치원의 민주적 조직문화에 대해 교원의 인식을 중심으로 실태를 파악하고자 실시되었다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 울산광역시에 소재한 공립유치원 교원 134명을대상으로 민주적 조직문화에 대한 설문자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 민주적 조직문화 전체 및 하위요인들의 평균과 표준편차을 산출하고 설립 유형별, 직위별, 경력별유치원 내 민주적 조직문화 및 하위요인에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 공립유치원의 설립 유형에 따라서는 민주적 조직문화의 하위요인인 유치원 구성원의권리, 참여적 의사결정, 민주적 리더십에 대해 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 교원의 직위에 따라 민주적 조직문화에 대한 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교원의 근무경력에 따라 민주적 조직문화에 대한 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 이러한 결과에근거하여 유치원의 민주적 조직문화 구축을 위한 유치원 구성원들 간의 공동체적 노력에 대해시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to grasp the actual situation of the Ulsan public kindergartens, focusing on the teachers' perception of the democratic organizational culture. Method: For this study, survey data on democratic organizational culture were collected from 302 public kindergarten teachers located in Ulsan Metropolitan City, and the average and standard deviation of all democratic organizational culture and sub-factors were calculated using the SPSS 26.0 program. Also, whether there are differences in the democratic organizational culture and sub-factors in kindergartens by establishment type, position, and career period was analyzed. Results: As a result of this study, first, there were significant differences in the rights of kindergarten members, participatory decision making, and democratic leadership, which are sub-factors of democratic organizational culture, depending on the type of establishment of public kindergartens. Second, there were differences in perception of democratic organizational culture according to the position of the teacher. Third, there was a difference in perception of democratic organizational culture according to the work experience of teachers. Conclusion: Based on these results, implications were suggested for the community efforts among kindergarten members to establish a democratic organizational culture of kindergarten.
