성과와 사례분석을 기반으로 한 기업협업센터(ICC) 발전방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 2012년 이후 지속적으로 추진되고 있는 산학연협력선도대학(LINC 3.0) 사업의 성과 및 사례를 기반으로 향후 기업협업센터 (ICC)의 사업방향을 제안하고자 했다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로 문헌분석 및 사례분석 방법을 활용하였으며 연구결과, 첫째, ICC의 비전과 목표가 대학에 설치된 각 ICC별로 수립되고 제시되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 둘째, ICC가 추구하는 특화 주제 분야가 미래 지향적 산업분야이며 최근 정부에서 추진하고 있는 신산업분야와 매우 높은 관련성이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, ICC의 비전과 목표를 달성하기 위해 전담 조직과 전문 인력의 배치가 필요하고 참여주체에 대한 확대가 필요한 것으로 보인다. 넷째, ICC 운영의 기반이 되는 각종 인프라가 구축되어야 하고 LINC 사업이 지원되는 동안 최대한 실용성이 높은 장비, 시스템, 공간, 운영 플랫폼 등의 인프라가 특화 주제와의 연계성 속에서 구축되는 것이 권장된다. 다섯째, ICC에서 운영되는 사업과 프로그램, 그리고 여기서 창출되는 성과는 특화주제와 밀접한 관련이 있어야 하고 이러한 성과들은 자립화 및 브랜드와 밀접한 관련이 있도록 해야 한다. 여섯째, ICC 협의체는 특화 주제별로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며 이를 기반으로 대학 발전과 더불어 세계적인 수준의 ICC로의 발전, 세계에서 벤치마킹이 되는 사례로서의 수익창출 기반, 최종적으로 우리나라 산업발전을 견인함으로써 국가발전에 기여하는 협의체가 탄생될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, LINC 1.0 and 2.0 have been performed, and in the context of LINC 3.0, the business direction of ICC was proposed based on the achievements or examples. To this end, literature analysis and case analysis methods were used as research methods. As a result of the study, first, it seems that the vision and goals of the ICC should be established and presented for each ICC installed in the university. Second, the ICC specialized subject field is the current industrial field and the future-oriented industrial field, and it has been found to be very related to the new industrial field recently promoted by the government. Third, it seems that it is necessary to deploy organizations and professionals who have achieved the vision and goals of the ICC, and to expand the participating entities. Fourth, various infrastructures that are the basis of ICC's operation should be established, and it is recommended that infrastructure such as equipment, systems, space, and operation platforms that are as practical as possible be built in connection with specialized topics while LINC projects are supported. Fifth, the businesses and programs operated by the ICC and the achievements generated here should be closely related to specialized topics, and these achievements should be closely related to self-reliance and brand. Sixth, the ICC consultative body is recommended to be formed on specialized topics, and based on this, it is necessary to create a consultative body that contributes to national development by driving not only university development but also global ICC development, but also profit generation as a benchmark case in the world.
