성인학습자의 구직역량 개발을 위한 경력별 교육요구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 SW관련 분야 직업을 갖기 위해 직업교육에 참여한 성인학습자의 경력유무에 따라 구직역량에 대한 교육 요구도를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 A 직업훈련기관의 SW관련 직업교육에 참여한 성인학습자 345명을 대상으로 구직역량을 조사하여 구직지식, 구직기술, 구직태도, 직무적응 4개 역량군과 20개 하위역량으로 구성된 구직역량에 대한 현재수준과 미래필요도를 전체 및 경력 유무에 따라구분하여 분석하였다. 교육요구도를 확인하고자 t 검정, The Locus for Focus Model 을 활용한 결과, 전체 역량군에 대한 현재수준과 미래필요도는 유의미한 차이가 나타났으나 하위역량 중 조직 및 직무 몰입 하위역량에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 교육요구도가 가장 높은 최우선영역을 살펴보면 경력이 있는 학습자는 구직서류작성능력, 구직의사소통능력 순으로 나타났으며, 경력이 없는 학습자는 구직서류작성능력, 구직의사소통능력, 구직의사결정능력, 구직희망분야이해, 자원활용능력, 자기이해 순으로 나타났다. SW 직업교육에 참여한 성인학습자의 경력유무에 따른 구직역량 교육 요구를 토대로 맞춤형 교육과정, 상담 등 체계적인 지원방안이 마련된다면 사회가 필요로 하는 구직역량을 갖춘 SW 인재를 배출해낼 수있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the educational needs for employment competency according to the career status of adult learners who participated in vocational education to have a job in the SW-related field. To this end, 345 adult learners who participated in SW-related vocational education at vocational training institution A were surveyed to analyze the current level and future needs of adult learners, consisting of 4 competency groups and 20 sub competencies. As a result of using the t-test and The Locus for Focus Model to check the educational needs, there was a significant difference between the current level and future needs for the entire competency group, but there was no significant difference in organizational and job commitment sub-competencies among sub-competencies. Also, if you look at the top areas with the highest educational needs, experienced learners were in the order of job document writing ability and job communication ability, and learners without experience were in the order of job search document writing ability, job decision-making ability, resource utilization ability, and self-understanding. Based on the needs of adult learners who participated in SW vocational education, systematic support measures such as customized curriculum and counseling will be available to produce SW talents with the job search skills needed by society.
