인터넷 의존 인간관계와 청소년 범죄에 관한 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년들이 인간관계를 형성하는 통로로 인터넷에만 지나치게 의존하는 현상이 청소년 개인의 사회성, 관계맺기 기술에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 이러한 현상이 청소년 범죄와 어떻게 관련이 있는지 알아보기 위해 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 문헌검토 결과, 청소년들은 가장 중요한 발달과제인 정체성, 사회성 확보를 위한 인간관계의 수단으로 사이버 공간을 적극적으로 이용하고 있었으며 이러한 경향은 스마트폰 보급의 대중화와 청소년들의 성향이 맞물리면서 확산되는 분위기이다. 문제는 청소년들이 인터넷 중독의 단계로 이르러 인터넷에만 의존한 인간관계를 지속할 경우 실제 현실에서 이뤄지는 대인관계에 소극적이게 되고 사회적 활동의 제한으로 외로움과 고립감을 느끼게 되는데 있다. 반대로 청소년들이 현실세계에 잘 적응하지 못할 경우에도 인터넷을 통한 소통에 지나치게 집착하는 경우가 있다는 것이다. 이러한 인간관계 패턴은 최근 사이버 공간에서 이뤄지는 청소년 범죄의 증가현상과도 밀접한 관련을 갖고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 청소년 범죄의 여러 유형 중 심각한 것으로 여겨지는 음란 채팅, 성매매, 자살 등 반사회적 사이트 가입 등과 청소년의 인터넷 의존 인간관계는 서로 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년들이 인터넷을 통한 과잉 커뮤니케이션에 빠지지 않으려면 가정, 학교, 사회가 제도적으로 철저히 예방할 수 있는 규제 방안을 마련하여 감시, 감독 역할을 충실히 수행해야 한다. 청소년 시기는 아직 주체적으로 위험한 환경을 피할 수 있을 만큼 성숙하지 못하기 때문에 사회적으로 인터넷 유해 환경으로부터 아이들을 떨어트려야 한다. 인터넷에 의존한 인간관계가 일탈과 범죄로 얽히지 않도록 가치관 교육과 자기조절능력도 배양시켜 줘야 한다.

영문 초록

This study performs that a excessively dependable phenomenon on Internet which is a channel created to juveniles for relationship has affected personal relationships on juveniles and relationship skills, and literature research was taken to recognize how this situation is connected to juvenile delinquency. On results, for the purpose of their relationship method that is based on securing identity and sociality in the most important development task of them, the cyberspace is aggressively used by them, and this tendency is spreading in accordance with the interconnection between popularizing smartphone and their propensities. The problem is that the youth reaching internet addiction become passive in reality and feeling loneliness, isolation of activities limitation only if they continue their personal relationship centered on internet. On the other hand, the youth have a deep obsession about communications on internet when they didn't adjust in their realities. This pattern of personal relationship is related to the growth of juvenile delinquency in recent cyberspace. Among many cases of juvenile delinquencies, it seems that Internet dependency on relationship is concerned with obscene chats, prostitution, suicide, and joining antisocial sites which are recognized as serious problems. It is important to preparing thoroughly preventive regulation plans, observation and control performing so that the youth may not be addicted in excessive communication on internet. Our society should segregate the adolescent from bad conditions on internet, since they are still immature as much as they initiatively escape dangerous surroundings on that. For preventing the internet dependency on relationship from involving deviation and crime, it is necessary for them to learn value education and self-control ability.
