국문 초록

본 연구는 도심지 지하 교통망 건설 중 터널굴착 공정에 적용하는 차수 그라우팅 공사의 과학적 및 공학적인 이론적 기반 체계적인 시공 프로세스를 개발하여 상대적으로 낙후된 국내 터널 차수그라우팅 공사의 시공품질을 어느 누가 시공을 하더라도 시공품질이 향상되며 지속적으로 유지하기 위한 목적으로 계획되었다. 개선된 터널 차수그라우팅의 주요내용은 크게 터널 차수그라우팅 적용구분과그라우팅재료에 대한 정의, 지하수 수압조건의 그라우팅과 지하수유입에 대한 상관관계 분석, 암반의 특성인자연구 및 그라우팅 시공시 필요한 요소기술 및 주입관리기술들에 검토가 될 수 있다. 세계적인 연구의 추세를 살펴보면 이론적 기반 과학 및 공학적인 그라우팅 분야의 연구가 북유럽국가 (스웨덴, 핀란드, 노르웨이 등), 일본, 독일 및 미국 등을 중심으로 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 따라서, 본연구에서는 터널 차수 그라우팅 시공기술들의 요소들에 대한 이론적인 분석을 통해 알고리즘을 정립하여 터널 차수 그라우팅 시공을효과적으로 할 수 있는 시공 프로세스를 포함한 통합 솔류션을 제공하는 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is planned with the aim of developing a systematic construction process based on the scientific and engineering theory of thewater-sealing grouting construction applied to the tunnel excavation process during the construction of the downtown underground trafficnetwork, so that the construction quality of the relatively backward domestic tunnel water-sealing grouting construction is improved and continuously maintained no matter who constructs it. The main contents of the improved tunnel water-sealing grouting can be largelyexamined in the classification of tunnel water-sealing grouting application and the definition of grouting materials, the correlation analysisof groundwater pressure conditions with groundwater inflow, the study of the characteristic factors of bedrock, and the elementtechnologies and injection management techniques required for grouting construction. Looking at the trends in global research, researchin the field of theoretical-based science and engineering grouting is actively progressing in Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland, Norway,etc.), Japan, Germany, and the United States. Therefore, in this study, the algorithm is established through theoretical analysis of theelements of tunnel water-sealing grouting construction techniques to provide an integrated solution including a construction process thatcan effectively construct tunnel water-sealing grouting construction.
