보육교사의 자기돌봄과 소진의 관계에서 교사효능감의 병렬다중매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 자기돌봄과 소진의 관계에서 교사효능감의 병렬다중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도 소재 어린이집 만 3∼5세 학급 담임교사 276명을 대상으로 자기돌봄, 교사효능감, 소진을 평가하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0으로 기술통계, 상관분석을 하였고, PROCESS Macro version 3.5(Model 4)를 사용하여 병렬다중매개효과를 검증하였으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을검증하기 위해 부트스트래핑을 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 자기돌봄, 소진, 교사효능감은 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교수효능감 하위요인 중 교육전략 효능감만 보육교사의자기돌봄과 소진의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 보육교사의 소진을 예방하는 데 있어서 자기돌봄과 학급운영 교수효능감의 중요성에 대한 함의를 제공한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the parallel multiple mediating effect of child care teacher’s teacher efficacy in the relationship between self-care and burnout. The survey was conducted on 276 teachers of 3 to 5 year classroom from daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Participants responded to questionnaires that measured burnout, self-care, and teacher efficacy. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis using SPSS 26.0. Furthermore, the parallel multiple mediating effect was analyzed using the PROCESS Macro for SPSS version 3.5 (Model 4) and the statistical significance of the meditating effect was examined by bootstrapping. The results were as follow. First, self-care, burnout, and teacher efficacy of child care teacher were found to be correlated. Second, only classroom management in the subfactors of teacher efficacy was found to have the partial mediating role in the relationship between self-care and burnout. The results of this study emphasize the importance of self-care and teacher efficacy for child care teacher’s burnout. These findings can serve resources to develop programs for child care teacher’s burnout.
