영문 초록

The current government suggest that the Bogeumjari Housing and public rental housing should be constructed and supplied for the stable housing supply of the cities and for the housing welfare, but now the important matter regarding the housing policy is not the quantitative expansion of the housing, but the qualitative expansion of the housing toward various social classes. The objective of this study is checking the Bogeumjari Housing of the present Hanam City and the Boguemjari Housing of the city before the cancellation of the greenbelt system, and comparing the problems that can occur with the cases of the housing policy for the low income bracket, and suggesting the ideal solution to it according to the change of the environment of Hanam City, and suggesting the basic information regarding the future greenbelt system and the establishment and implementation of the policies of the city planning. As the result of the analysis, the supply of the Bogeumjari Housing of Hanam City which was not consented by the residents of the city should be reduced, and the environment-friendly independent housing(rural housing) and the environment-friendly distribution industry complex should take place in the area, and the residents are strongly argue that the city-style disaster-free factories should be erected to increase the job opportunity of the area.
