기본간호학 실습교육에서 성찰일지 작성 유형이 간호학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 기본간호학 실습교육에서 성찰일지 작성 유형이 간호학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상자는 G도 소재 일개 전문대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 2학년 학생 중 ‘기본간호학실습’을 수강중인 67명이었으며, 개인적 성찰일지를 작성하는 군(N=33)과 협력적 성찰일지를 작성하는 군(N=34)으로 나누어 사전․사후 학업적 자기효능감과 문제해결능력 점수를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-검정, 카이제곱검정, Fisher 정확검정, ANCOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 협력적 성찰일지 작성 군이 개인적 성찰일지 작성 군에 비해 학업적 자기효능감(F=4.466, p=.039)과 그 하위요인인 과제난이도 선호(F=4.752, p=.033) 요인의 점수가 높았다. 두 군 간에 문제해결능력점수는 통계적 차이를 나타내지 않았지만, 협력적 성찰일지 작성 군에서 문제해결능력의 원인분석(F=6.598, p=.013)과 계획/실행(F=5.634, p=.021) 하위요인에서 개인적 성찰일지 작성 군보다 통계적으로 점수가 높았다. 이에 본 연구결과를 토대로 기본간호학 실습교육에서 효과적인 교수학습 전략으로 협력적 성찰일지를 활용할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of an efficient teaching-learning method by analyzing effects of the type of writing reflective journals on academic self-efficacy and problem solving ability in nursing students taking a fundamental nursing skills course. Participants were 67 nursing students taking the fundamental nursing skills course at one college in Gyeonggi Province, 33 nursing students for the individual reflective journal group and 34 nursing students for the collaborate reflective journal group. The course was offered from March 7 to June 7, 2017. Data were collected using pre and post tests given before and after writing of individual and collaborative reflective journals in nursing students taking a fundamental nursing skills course. Data were analyzed using t-test, chi-square test, Fisher s exact test, ANCOVA with SPSS Statistics version 20.0. The collaborative reflective journal group showed statistically significant higher scores in academic self-efficacy, its sub factors, preference to task difficulty, and cause analysis, plan/perform, sub factors of problem-solving ability compared with the individual reflective journal group. The findings indicate that writing a collaborative reflective journals in fundamental nursing skills course is an efficient teaching-learning method in nursing students.
