국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 감정코칭 부모양육태도와 정서표현성의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 9월10일부터 10월23일까지 부산광역시에 재학 중인 남녀 고등학생 288명을 대상으로 감정코칭 부모양육태도, 회복탄력성, 정서표현성 설문을 실시한 후 회귀분석과 Sobel test를 통해 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정코칭 부모양육태도와 회복탄력성, 정서표현성은 부분적으로 유의미한 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 감정코칭 부모양육태도는 회복탄력성, 정서표현성에 대해 영향력을 나타냈다. 셋째, 감정코칭 부모양육태도가 정서표현성에 미치는 영향에서 부는 회 복탄력성이 완전매개효과를 나타냈고, 모는 회복탄력성이 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구 결과는 고등학생의 심리 정서적 발달을 돕기 위한 상담 및 부모교육 프로그램의 근거로 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effects of resilience on relationships between styles of parenting based on emotion coaching and emotional expressiveness. For that purpose, the study, which progressed from Sep. 10th to Oct. 23rd, 2018, sampled 288 male and female students who were attending high schools located in Busan Metropolitan City. Next, this research conducted a questionnaire survey of those students in order to obtain their opinions as to parenting styles, resilience and emotional expressiveness. And finally, the study processed data collected from the above survey and then analyzed it, especially in terms of the mediating effects of emotional expressiveness, by using Regression Analysis and the Sobel test. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows. First, there are partially significant correlations between the styles of parenting based on emotion coaching, resilience and emotional expressiveness. Second, the style of parenting based on emotion coaching has influences on resilience and emotional expressiveness. And third, those influences are effective; the father generally mediated by resilience and the mother partially mediated by resilience. These findings, consequently, suggest that this study provides basic information useful to create counseling or parent education programs that could help the psychological or emotional development of high school students.
