국문 초록

본 연구에서는 구암원점지역의 구소삼각점의 명칭, 행정구역, 지리적 위치, 지형·지세, 표고, 지목변화 추이, 소유자 현황, 삼각점 표시유무 등 지리적 특성을 분석하고 그에 따른 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지적도면에 위치표시가 있는 기준점이 전체 180점 중 143점(79.4%)이고, 기준점의 위치를 지적도면에 별도의 필지로 분할한 것이 118점(65.6%)으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기준점이 위치한 필지의 현재 소유자는 국유지가 36.2%, 공유지가 6.9%, 사유지가 56.9%로 나타났다. 셋째, 도심지역에 위치한 기준점은 각종 개발사업, 도로개설, 학교신축, 경지정리사업 등으로 회복이 불가능한 상태인 기준점이 많이 존재하였다. 따라서 기준점을 별도의 필지로 분할하거나 지목변경 제한, 사유지화 방지 및 소유권 확보 대책 등 기준점을 영구적으로 유지 관리하기 위한 제도적 장치 마련이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Tn this study were analyzed the geographical characteristics and suggested implications for it, such as the name of Guso triangulation network in Guam origin point region, administrative area, geo-graphical position, topographic map, elevation, land category change trend, owner status, triangulation point indication. The results of the study were as follows. First, 143 points (79.4%) out of the total 180 points have control point marked on the cadastral map, and 118 points (65.6%) divide the control point into separate parcels on the cadastral map. Second, the located of control points parcels in the current owner that the state-owned land 36.2%, public land 6.9%, and the private land 56.9%. Third, there were many control points in the downtown area that were unable to recover due to various development projects, road construction, new school construction, and land consolidation projects. In conclusion, it is necessary to divide control point into separate land categories and parcels, to prevent the privatization, to preserve permanent control point, and to maintain and manage accurate locations.
