국문 초록

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 청각여과하기 및 촉각 민감성을 보이는 자폐스펙트럼 장애 아동에게 The Listening Program？？ 청각처리 훈련을 적용하고 감각처리기능 및 발달프로파일의변화를 통해서 기능적 향상을 알아보는 것이었다. 방법: 연구대상은 소아정신과에서 진단받은 자폐스펙트럼장애 남아 만6세2개월 1인으로 개별 실험 연구 방법 중 ABA 설계를 이용하였다. 감각처리 기능은 2주마다 측정하였고 발달의 변화는 4주마다 측정하였다. 아동은 훈련 기간 동안 15 분 음악을 듣고 30분 쉬고 15분 음악을 주5회 들었으며 토요일과 일요일은 쉬었다. 결과: 기초선 기간보다 훈련 기간에 감각처리 기능과 발달프로파일의 기능적 향상이 이뤄졌으며 유지기간에도 기능적향상이 유지되었다. 결론: 청각여과하기 및 촉각 민감성을 보이는 자폐스펙트럼 장애 아동에게 The Listening Program？？ 청각처리 훈련은탈 감작 노출을 활용한 청취요법의 하나로서 임상 치료의 한방법으로서 적용할 필요가 있으며 집단연구를 통해서 일반화의 근거를 확인할 필요가 있겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to test the Listening Program？？ auditory processing training to children with autistic spectrum disorders, those who exhibit auditory filtering and tactile sensitivity, and to assess functional enhancement through changes in sensory processing function and developmental profile The subjects in this study were autistic spectrum disorder children diagnosed in pediatric psychiatry. The sensory processing function was measured every 2 weeks, and the developmental change was measured every 4 weeks. The children were to listen to music for 15 minutes during training and rested for 30 minutes and then to listen to music again for 15 minutes. It was conducted five times a week during weekdays, with weekends off. Functional improvement of sensory processing function and development profile was shown during intervention rather than baseline, and was maintained during the follow-up. The Listening Program？？ auditory processing training for children with autistic spectrum disorders, that exhibit auditory filtering. Tactile sensitivity is one of the auditory integration trainings that utilize de-sensitized exposure, and needs to be applied as a method of clinical treatment.
