영문 초록

Purpose : In this study, Comparative Analysis was performed on clinical features, laboratory findings and personality types of patients who were diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, investigated usefulness of PNC technique in the Diagnosis Early Crohn’s D. Materials and methods : It’s subjects included medical record and a questionnaire survey of personality types(50 Questions) was conducted on 22 patients(male: female = 18: 4, average age=25) diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, among those who underwent small bowels examinations in our hospital from April 2005 to September 2008. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 12.0. Results : Clinical symptoms of patients with Crohn’s disease were as in the following order of abdominal pain (90.9%), and weight loss (81.8%), diarrhea (72.7%), anemia (27.2%), Hematochezia (27.2%), Fever(13.6%). Abnormal laboratory findings include CRP (68.1%), ESR (45.4%) are analyzed by a highly statistically significant as was indicated(P<0.05). However, hemoglobin(27.2%), albumin(22.7%), platelets(13.6%), WBC(13.6%) are analyzed by statistical significance was indicated lower. In the assessment of behavioral pattern, the majority of the patients were likely to obsess about trivial things(81.8%), indecisive(81.7%), introverted personality(81.8%). Conclusion : Comparative Analysis was performed on clinical features, laboratory findings and personality types is expected to contribute to usefullness for Crohn’s Disease by means of more positive use of small bowel series(Peroral Pneumocolon Technique).
