상권분석 방법론을 이용한 외식창업 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 그간의 상권과 입지선정과 관련한 연구자료와 상권분석시스템자료 등을 활용하여 상권 및 입지절차에 따른 실제 외식창업사례를 통해 외식창업을 위한 예비창업자들에게 효율적인 상권 및 입지분석을 위한 방향을 제시하였다. 해당 연구에는 자칫 주관적인 직관에 의해서 범하기 쉬운 입지선택의 실수를 방지하고 상권분석시스템을 이용한 객관적인 자료와 체크리스트 등을 활용한 현장조사를 통해서 얻어진 자료들을 상권분석론에 의해 체계적으로 조사 및 분석을 실시하였다. 실제 창업사례 연구를 통해서 얻어진 영업실적데이터와의 비교 분석을 통한검증을 통해 상권 및 입지조사 분석의 단계별 타당성 여부를 확인하였으며 향후운영개선을 위한 마케팅방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This study has presented the direction for effective analysis of Trade Area and location for the prep-entrepreneurs through practical restaurant business foundation cases, subject to the Trade Area and locating procedure, using the existing research data and Trade Area analysis system data related to the Trade Area and selection of location. In this study, systematic survey and analysis has been carried out, by the Trade Area analysis method, for the data obtained through field survey using the objective data and checklist of the Trade Area analysis system in order to prevent from the errors in selecting the location that is apt to be caused by subjective intuition. It has provided the implication for the managerial improvement and marketing plan afterwards by verifying the validity of the survey and analysis of Trade Area and location step by step through the verification by the analysis comparing with the business performance data that has been attained by the research of practical business foundation cases.
