국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년을 둘러싸고 있는 교육환경인 교육의 생태체계와 영적발달의 상관관계를 밝히는 논문이다. 전통적으로 기독교교육에서는 가르침의 원천인 성경과 그 성경을 가르치는 교사에 대하여 강조하여 교육을 실천해왔다. 그러나 이제는 이에 더하여 교육의 환경에 대한 이해도 학습자를 이해하고 기독교교육을 실천하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 변인이 되어가고 있다. 특별히 청소년의 영적발달에 있어서 그들을 둘러싸고 있는 부모, 또래, 교회학교 교사의 영향은 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 브론펜브레너의 생태체계이론에 근거하여 기독교 청소년의 학습생태체계와 영적발달의 관계성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 양적연구방법을 중심으로 진행되었다. 총 163개의 설문지가 회수되었고 통계분석방법에 의하여 적절하게 분석되었다. 연구결과 학습자의 교육생태환경들과 영적발달과 밀접한 상관관계가 드러났다. 그 중에서도 교회학교 교사와의 인간관계, 그리고 교회학교 교사의 사회적 지지가 학생들의 영적발달에 가장 강력한 상관관계를 보여주었다. 결국 브론펜브레너가 언급한 미시체계가 학생의 영적발달에 아주 중요한 변인들임을 발견하게 되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 교사직분의 중요성, 가정교육의 중요성 등을 교육적 함의로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between educational ecosystems and spiritual development among Christian adolescents. Traditionally, it was emphasized to teach the Bible as an unique resource of Christian teaching and teachers of the Bible in the educational setting. However, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of educational environment in the 21st century. Especially, influences of parents, teachers, and peers in the learner's spiritual development have been important. This study explored the relationship between educational ecosystem and spiritual development based on the theory of Bronfenbrenner. The researcher took quantitative research method. The researcher sent 170 copies of questionnaire for the survey and received 163 copies. Results showed that there were significant relationships between educational ecosystems and spiritual development. Teacher's intimate relationships with students and social supports were the strongest element in relation to the spiritual development of students. Based on the revealed results, the researcher suggested the importance of teacher and parents education.
