국문 초록

이 논문은 교육사상 연구로서 교육사상가 연구가 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 탐구하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 분석 대상은 그간 『교육사상연구』에 실린 논문 가운데 교육사상가를 연구한 논문들이다. 논문의 연구 문제는 1) 왜 사상가를 연구하는가? 2) 무엇을 연구하는가? 3) 어떻게 연구하는가? 4) 사상가 연구의 과제는 무엇인가?(결론) 등 네 가지다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 연구들은 사상가 연구의 목적으로 시사점 탐구를 제시하였으며, 둘째, 연구의 형태상 사상사 연구보다 사상 자체 연구를 주제로 삼았다. 셋째, 연구 방법으로는 이해-해석의 문헌 연구가 주를 이루었다는 것이다. 연구과제로서는 사실성, 역사성의 보완이 필요하다는 것과 연구대상 사상가과 연구자료를 다양화해야 한다는 것 등을 지적하였다. 이 연구는 연구방법의 체계화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의를 둘 수 있다.

영문 초록

A research on educational thinker has been studied on not only the area of philosophy of education or history of it, but also in field of whole pedagogics. However, there has been no progress in method of studying educational thinkers. This thesis will unfold how researching in educational thinkers has been studied as a educational study. It will analyze some of thesis in《Journal of Korean Educational Idea》, which studied about educational thinkers. We will examine in 4 points : why we study educational thinkers, what are we looking for, how we study these, and finally what is our job by studying these. After the study we learned that a lot of studying focused on implications by researching thinkers. Also they put more emphasis on thought itself than history of it. In their method, they mainly used understanding-interpretation researching. Lastly, thesis suggests four researching points. First, we have to focus more on historical facts, such as how the thought made and how it unfolds and so on. Second, we need to keep a distance from famous thinker centered study, which means we have to study variety of thinkers. Thirdly we should use different materials to avoid text centered data. Finally it is our duty to concern in philosophical studying in other subjects such as thought in literature, society, arts, etc.
