영문 초록

This study is specific, positive case study about society contribution activity that is a kind of social responsibility of multinational corporation. We could know some facts going through case of foreign multinational corporations which advance in domestic. First, they are trying in local adaptation through hiring policy of ability putting first and job creation of local resident priority. Second, they are contributing to expand partnership and solidify medium and small enterprises' competitive power with domestic medium and small enterprises. Second, they are contributing to strengthen medium and small enterprises' competitive power through partnership with domestic medium and small enterprises. Third, they are unfolding various culture experience activity that consider life-style of local residents. Fourth, they are executing society contribution activity. Multinational corporation's society contribution activity need to strengthen from charitable concept to concept of social, moral duty. Therefore, we wish to present confrontation plan of domestic enterprises with case's registration point. First, practice of strategic society contribution activity Second, maintenance of enterprise inside system of domestic enterprise Third, social network formation Fourth, need of support from government and society.
