소비자의 신용카드 이용도와 신용카드 소득공제 확대안에 대한 태도

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회인구학적변인 및 신용카드 관련변인과 신용카드 이용도가 신용카드 소득공제 확대안에 대한 태도와 관련이 있는지를 알아보았다. 광역시와 시에서 거주하고 있는 주부 소비자를 대상으로 질문지법을 이용하여 수집한 586부의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자의 연령, 교육수준, 생활비, 취업여부, 남편의 직업, 신용카드 발급동기, 신용카드 소지 수에 따라 신용카드 이용도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 소비자의 연령, 교육수준, 남편의 직업, 발급동기, 신용카드 수, 신용카드 이용도에 따라 신용카드 소득공제 확대안에 대한 태도는 유의한 차이를 보였다. 35세 이하의 소비자, 고학력집단, 신용카드를 적극적으로 사용하는 소비자가 신용카드 소득공제의 확대를 찬성하는 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether minimum of consumer credit card charge amount and attitudes about a proposed increase in the income tax deduction from credit card payments are related. A total of 586 observations collected from urban housewives who have credit cards were analysed. Minimum of consumer credit card charge amount differed by age, education level, living expenses, occupational status of respondents, and the husband’s occupation, reason for getting a credit card, number of credit cards which consumer has. Attitudes regarding the income tax proposition differed by age, education level, occupation of the husband, reason for getting a credit card, number of credit cards, and minimum of consumer credit card charge amount. Overall, consumers who use a credit card actively tend to agree more with the proposition.
